4th Collegium Altum Tower Run took place at the Poznań University of Economics and Business on October 28, 2018. More than 300 participants fought for the medals. To appear on the highest elevation in Poznań, the runners had to cover 17 floors (372 stairs).
Mateusz Marunowski won – getting time 1 min 20 sec. Among the women the best runner was Ilona Gradus with a time of 1 min 56 seconds.
The organizers of the competition were the University of Economics and Business and the portal wszystkoobieganiu.pl.
