Browser extension assesses information quality in Wikipedia

This add-on allows to assess the quality and popularity of Wikipedia articles directly from a web browser.

The quality score is calculated on the basis of important characteristics (indicators or measures) of Wikipedia articles that have been described in various scientific publications. Quality measures are related to text length, number of pictures, references, authors, sections and others.

Additionally using this add-on you can compare popularity of an article in different language versions of Wikipedia for recent time. Authors’ Interest shows how many users edited Wikipedia article in considered month for selected language version. Citation index shows how many times Wikipedia article is cited in each language version.
